Well, at least I am maintaining. I stayed on very well yesterday. I also bought a new scale. It weighs about 2 pounds heavier, but at least I have another measure so I can get a reliable sense of where I am.
I tend to drink a lot of diet soda. Maybe that doesn't help, but I don't much like water.
