So it been an interesting couple of weeks. I decided to stop recording all the food and exercise that I do because writing down everything I ate and having to look at the clock to see how long I was standing or walking or shopping was making me more crazy than I could handle. So I decided to just make sure I'm moving more than I'm sitting, I exercise at least once a day for 30 mins or more and I avoid as much junk food as I possibly can. It seems to be going well, but if the pounds start coming back on, I'll have to revert back to it.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
