I craved protein like mad all day. Of course I ate protein, but increasing my exercise may mean I have to make modifications in my diet.
I have a goal to be able to do pullups. I think that's a worthy goal. I wonder how long it will take to achieve it.

Hi there - I just randomly happened to notice you and when looking at your profile saw this post. I was reminded of a book I read recently, "Why We Get Fat" by Gary Taubes, and he makes this exact point, with scientific evidence to back it up: that if we exercise more, we will naturally be hungrier and probably eat more. It's not good to ignore the body's signals, as you no doubt know, so...yes, more exercise results in more food. I highly recommend the book, if you haven't read it yet. Good luck--you're doing great!!
