Been having trouble with my weight going up and down. Also my blood sugar has been spiking close to 200.On Dec 16th my weight was 183 . On the 17th I started watching my Carb and sugar intake. My max carb for any Day is 25 g and sugar is less than 10 g. Since the 17th my blood sugar has not been over 99 an d I have lost one pound per day since then
