Grandmother's health has declined severely within the last few months, particularly in the last few weeks. I'm pretty proud that I've at least still been able to loose some.
I say I followed my diet poorly this weigh-in because.. Well, although I'm staying away from sugar and MOST carbs, I cheat at lunch and just eat whatever I feel like is going to give me energy. I'll make up for it in the new year!
