Well been drinking, eating fast food, eating big lunches and breakfasts so not eating huge dinners and still staying strong at my 155 lbs it seems. May go up and down a couple lbs but id say 155 is a good benchmark.
My metabolism must be working. I am going to go t a weight watchers meeting soon here cause I havent gone for weeks. In fact im so hungover and have a wikid bad cold and I am gonna eat my egg and bacon and go on my treadmill for a while anyways.
I will never have a body that is optimal and healthy if I dont bloody well work for it.
