2 minggu ga sempet olga. Makan agak berantakan, white carbs dimana2. Tp bener kata Alvin Hartanto, asal ttp itung kalori & ga bablasss, everything's just gonna be okay ^.^

tetap makan dikalori sesuai kebutuhan, gaakan naik kak? walaupun kolestrol, karbo, lemak, dll banyak banget?

@fayur. Sama sis. Intinya defkal, itung kalori, ttp sesuai BMR, clean eating tp ga strict2 amat 100%. Yg pntg mudah didapet sehari2, cheat2 sekali2 mah gpp, yg penting enjoy. Olahraga, dicontek aja dr yulia baltschun ato suhu2 fitness yg lain.

@rindaa: pengalaman ak sekarang sih gitu ya. Ak msh itung kalori (mski lbh sering jebol tp ak imbangin pake olga). Msh ada hari2 insaf nya haha..jd rata2 kalori bulanan cuma naik 100 kal dibanding pas clean eating bgt. Efeknya byk white carbs, aku kayaknya lebih ke perut. Ga buncit lg sih, cuma keliatan lbh basah aja, ga se-dry wktu msh clean eating bgt. Tp kalo masih ngejer weight/fat loss, ato lg stuck, mending ttp usahain clean eating + genjot olga
