Finally, not hungry. Whew! I didn't think it would ever happen, and I am so relieved. I know some say the diet is unforgiving, but I seem to be losing 1/2 pound a day or so, which is fine with me. I wonder if this theory can work if we cheat. I haven't eaten any carbs, aside from vegetables and fruits, since I started. I feel much better today and yesterday. I think I am almost ready to exercise, which I really want to do in theory.
