Oh my gosh! The leftover carb light pizza I made last night made me feel like I was in college again! Yes, I had it for breakfast, although I did warm it! It's a new favorite, but I'm going to have to only use it every two weeks or so. It's got LOT'S of cheese. :0)
Good news! This morning I woke up 190 lbs., barely, but I'm 190! Except for a brief period about 5 years ago, due to diet pills, I haven't seen the 180's since 2001. I so hope that once I start the OWL phase, I will find a permanent way to eat. I don't mind eating this way, but it's challenging. Last time I lost weight, I gained it back very quickly. Although, I was using diet pills and B12 shots, it didn't take long at all to gain it all back and then some.
CHEERS! Today is exciting but just wait 'til I yell at the top of my lungs that I am no longer in the 190's!
