No more loss today, but I didn't have a gain either so I'm happy. My cell phone is broken. :( It won't do anything except turn my ring volume up. It is stuck on that button or something. I wish there were local places to take your phone for repairs. I don't want to send it off but I may do it anyways, I like this phone. My dad killed a rattlesnake yesterday that was about 5 1/2 feet long. I took a picture of it with my phone.... to bad I can't show it to anyone since the stupid thing is broke. Last night I ate like a pig.... It was all good stuff though so I think it's ok. I had pork chop, broccoli & cheese and deviled eggs. I have been getting my carbs up for the past few days and have gotten my calories up around 1500 or more so I am hoping this will help me start losing again.
