1st ever journal entry here. Bummed out a bit as I injured my lower back yesterday doing stiffed leg dead lifts. I've been rolling along real well with consistency going to the gym and dialing in my diet as I'm down to 168 lbs from 205 lbs at the end of this past November. Minor set back I know, but feels weird to not go to the gym on a Monday in 20 straight weeks.
