I stared this diet two weeks ago but I did it from memory and in doing so did it wrong. I had nuts every chance I could get and I sneaked bread and candy. I ended up slowly my weight loss to a complete stop. So I am starting again today. I did this diet a couple years ago and was very successful losing 30lbs in one month. I am going to try and accomplish 60lbs in two months.

You may want to re-read the book to refresh your memory of how the plan works. Don't set your goals too high because that can lead to disappointment if they aren't met. Also, don't forget that exercise is an important component of any lifestyle and has many health benefits so consider making it part of your life every day. Diets don't work so you need to learn how to incorporate everything into you lifestyle so that you don't wind up back in this position again. It is hard but so worth it! Good luck to you, I'm sure that you will do great.

You might consider trying to lose it slower, going through all the phases correctly so that you don't gain it back and then some. 10 lbs a week is too much after the first two weeks and it can shock the system. I also agree with Stacy (above) that you really should re-read the book. Everyone needs a reminder now and again, I re-read it myself every couple months just for inspiration. Good luck on the re-start!
