Good morning fat smashers!! How is everyone this morning? I feel great! I went to boxing last night and had a really great workout! I trained with my sis-in-law with her boxing and kicks. I love doing kicks, especially since my thighs and hips are a problem area for me. I'm going to my total body class tonight so I'll be doing some weight training. I've been doing great with my diet...no cheating!! I know...I can't believe it myself!! It's weird, I haven't really had any temptations. I guess I'm in the flow!

Here's my meal plan for today:

1st meal: 6 oz. low fat peach yogurt with some strawberries
2nd meal: sandwich with whole wheat bread, turkey and spinach leaves...I'll also have a dill pickle.
snack: 90 calorie granola bar
3rd meal: 1 large salad with 3 tbsp. low fat ranch dressing
4th meal: 2 servings of veggies with 1/2 cup of brown rice

Keep smashing away those unwanted pounds!!

Wish we had those "boxing" classes here. Sounds like a great work out. Am I picturing the right thing, this is more like a fighting gym, not the typical gym? You're doing awesome.

Yes, Kimbulie, it's an actual fighting gym...we have a website...it's www.sba-mma.com. Fighters are trained there. Thanks for the encouraging words!!
