I just can't believe how much better I am feeling. I think it is more the exercise than it is the weight lost. But which ever it is I am loving it! I have to do a test Thursday that I can't have anything but liquids tommorrow and I also think it's time to shock my system (weight lost has really slowed) so tonight we are going out to dinner. I just can't figure out where to go cause all the numbers (calories and fat grams) scare me. I am just really focused this time and I think I am gonna have to talk myseld into eating restaurant food. This is so strange for me, I am use to loving a night out and not thinking about what or how much I am eating so tonight should be interesting.
