Day 15 is here! Still feeling great! Started the couch to 5k last night and I certainly felt it and certainly struggled through it! Man, I am out of shape. I noticed that the balls of my feel hurt pretty bad during and right after the fun so I think I need to get some new shoes and start working on running heel toe vs just on my tip toes. Curious that I even do that. Weird.
So off to curves again today. I am going to make sure that I hit it there each day this week as I haven't been exercising so well on the weekends. At least I can get it in during the week!
