abs are sore today from workout on Thursday. Did interval training on the eliptical. hit a wall on fast interval at minute no. 30. Machine didn't register heart beat so i went off of RPM's.
Slow interval at 40 RPM's. Fast interval at 80+ RPM's. Last fast interval done at 85 RPM's.
