ok, so vacation was a little too good to me. for the most part i ate to the atkins diet, stayed around 25-30 net carbs most days. i made sure i got a hotel with a kitchen that way i could cook. I'd say about one meal a day was on the boardwalk and not on the diet. boardwalk fries, pizza and ice cream. come on! right.?!!? lol. i know it's willpower and i should have planned better, but honestly i only gained about 2 pounds, i'm to the point now in the diet on OWL, that as long as i stay within the parameters of carbs a day, i can have carbs and not really gain, but not losing either. wierd i know. i got lax on it for about 2 1/2 weeks so this week, i'm starting over again, not induction but dropping down to a strict 25 net carbs and no cheating! and back into excercising and hopefully this will all come back off plus some, i still have about 10 pounds to go. hubby ate the same way and didn't gain a pound! i hate men. lol just kidding.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 June 2010:
