So I didn't get to work out last night b/c I had my voice lessons earlier than usual...AND it was for an hour instead of 30 minutes. I didn't get out of there till almost 9:00pm b/c my teacher can sometimes just go on rants and talk to me forever!!! He's cool, but sometimes I'm thinking, "ok, just let me go home now!!" I'm going to my step class and to boxing tonight!! Can't wait!!!! I didn't get to go Monday so I'm just itching to get back to punching on the bag. Hopefully my sis-in-law will be able to come tonight and we can work more on our grappling. Talk about a good workout!! Rolling around on the floor takes a lot out of you.
Ok, enough blabbing...here's my menu for today:
1st meal: 1 cup of cereal and an orange 2nd meal: 1 small salad with 3 tbsp. low fat ranch Snack: 20 mini pretzels 3rd meal: 1 serving of lima beans and 1/2 cup of brown rice 4th meal: 1 veggie burger w/o bun and 1/2 cup of brown rice
