I have been working out nightly on a cross trainer 30 minutes and 1 day of yoga a week - following atkins and keeping my calories low by doing this i am seeing results i had a 2 pound loss this week. My goal is to get under 200 by Jan 17, 2013 - that is making it thru the Holidays strong! 185 by Feb 14th.....we shall see
