When I look at what I actually put in my mouth, Im really surprised. I wasnt aware that even if its just liquids, I always have something in my hand headed that way. And wheres the water? (Gosh, I dont like water.) I can see just after one day some changes that I need to make. This documentation thing is really a help.

Hannabelle, I'm part of group here in FS where we do exactly this: we name our goals early in the day and later we return and check in our list what we succeeded and our failures.
