My motivation has been poor this week. Work has been pretty depressing, so I've been hitting the junk food and beer again. On the plus side, I did manage a run last night - I'm hoping that when my legs get stronger I'll be able to recover faster and run more often.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
