Feeling somewhat better...might even be able to go several hours without any meds!
Walked dogs 2.0 miles this AM with temps just above 40 degrees, cloudy and damp from an overnight rain. I'll even do my thrift shop volunteering this afternoon....may need an early evening nap, though...LOL!

Glad you are feeling better, I know first hand how physical activity does NOT mix with being dizzy...so best to stay close to home & visit the napping area often, (for me that's the couch), with a nice blanket & plenty of tissue & a good book or the remote.

Thanks Bren, Jaime, GG, & Buffy. I can tell I'm not out of the woods just yet, but at least heading int he right direction. I caught a late afternoon snooze....about 40 winks, LOL...and then got some work done last night when I'd usually just watch TV. GG...my fave nap place is rolled back in the La-Z-Boy!
