Walked on my dusty old treadmill for 60 minutes today! Sooo proud of myself...been on my to-do list for forever!
Then after my 3 youngest girls' swim lessons, I had thought ahead and brought them a snack to eat (frozen yogurt) while I enjoyed the adult lap swim for 45 minutes. Didn't do laps but I did tread water the whole time. I plan on doing this every Monday, Wednesday and Friday after their swim lessons. I enjoy this much more than sweating on my treadmill but I know that it is worthwhile because I am so out of breath (but not sweating!) And on the days they don't have swim lessons, I will do my treadmill for 60 minutes, which will be Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday!
Just wanna stick with it! Hope this website helps me do it!
