Back again. Been trying to do some self seeking. Also, I Got up at 5am today and headed straight for the gym. Only walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes with a 3.5 mph speed. I’m trying to get my feet wet. I would like to get up at 5am 5 days a week and go to the gym. Today was my first day at the gym. I would like to be able to run on the treadmill. I just don’t feel steady enough yet. But , maybe tomorrow it will happen. Not weighing in today. But maybe tomorrow. Pretty sure I’ll still be at the same weight I’ve been, since I haven’t been dieting or working out recently. Now I’m going to get ready for work. Have a great day everyone !
