Yay! I did better this weekend, but the whole-wheat strawberry waffles yesterday morning were a big surprise in terms of calories... they were delicious, though.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
