Today I had mini-meals that consisted of a protein/good carb. I ate 5 mini-meals and then dinner. It's supposed to be 6 mini-meals.
I've always been bad about binging but the mini meals really helped me keep my hunger under control. I never felt like I was starving and had to eat still I was full.

I need to learn how to preportion meals just right. I think i am eating way too much all day :[ Good for you though! :D
