It is so hard to keep my calories under 1500, but I know if I don’t I want lose weight. I don’t like the keto diet so I have to count calories. I really just want to eat my normal diet which is really good foods; I just eat to much of them. I’m not a sugar addict I don’t drink cokes, but I love meat, vegetables, cheese, fruit, and bread. I do like an occasional dessert. With all that good food and occasional dessert I have packed on the weight. I am charting my calories but I am seeing I have to be oh so careful
