So far I woke up at 6am with my 2 month year old feed him and quickly made my breakfast by 7 I was eating baked potatoes that I saved from last nights dinner with scramble egg whites A little bit of salt,pepper,green peppers and onions. Had 3 wheat crackers before lunch and now lunch time I made tuna with salt pepper green peppers and onions inside with some more wheat crackers on the side. If you guys have any tips for me don't hesitate to give them to me because am a beginner and am just doing my new healthy living by what I have learn the little I know. I hope this changes my ways. Btw I got 2 cups of water down 6 more to go mad starting slow then eventually ill be drinking a whole gallon b myself .
