breakfast - toast w/butter & apricot jam, toast w/nutella, cup of black coffee, glass of water
lunch - nothing
dinner - nothing
all day long - 2 litres of water, 1 cup green tea, another cup of black coffee
50 sit-ups(left,right)
30 [what ever they're called ?? :D]
123.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 15.4 lb a week
