Had a very low drop shortly in to the challenge and it's creeped up slightly since then but no need for me to get discouraged. 5 pounds lost in the first week is a great kickstart and now I need to just continue to stick with the plan. This coming week I'll try to add some activity in to my daily schedule.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
