Have been eating very poorly with relationship to carbs although for most part calories slightly over target, but not by much. Showing in poor blood sugar results and weight gain. Have not been able to exercise as I hoped due to surgery.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1807 kcal Fat: 60.94g | Prot: 92.55g | Carb: 232.74g.   Breakfast: water, 1% milk, Reese's Peanutbutter Puffs. Lunch: dark chocolate with raspberries, honey mustard, Thomas bagel thin, chicken apple sausages. Dinner: quinoa chocolate chip cookies, unsweetened applesauce, green beans, pork roast, sweet potato. Snacks/Other: banana, pineapple, water, mozzarella, yoplait light yogurt. more...
