So glad!! Did the 2nd weigh in for the week this morning.. I am finally out of the 190's!! I lost 1 more pound since Monday..heehee.. Not much but it FEELS GOOD!
You ladies have been so motivational and supportive :) ....not just myself but to everyone.. Going to continue on this journey and stay strong!

Thank you! Yes, Moka... as much as I thought "am I ever going to get out of the 190's" I wasn't going to give up but it sure was irritating knowing I was doing the best I could and the weight was creeping!

Jumping with joy! Yeahhhhhh that's the way to do it! 180's watch out. She will be throwing you out the door in no time! So glad you've stuck with it. I know how absolutely frustrating it can be. I'm STUCK at 238..have been for a week or more. Make sure you measure and take pics. That scale LIES!!

Thank you again.. Yes Christie, I do agree. I will take pictures this afternoon and see if I can get them posted.. I want to take pics in the same outfit.. Rachel, I understand the frustration. Girlfriend I was in the 190's for at least 3 weeks.. (sigh sigh).. Hang in there, that's our motto! :)
Dropping in, haven't updated or did the progress on the challenges yet.. I am in cleaning mode, want to get the house cleaned up so I can put the Xmas Decorations and the tree up.. I am deep clean/shampooing the carpet and wiping down some walls in the living room/lounge area of the house.. yes I said "SOME" .. lol lol lol.. Can't do it all in one day..
