Day 6, Better then usual compared to day 1-5. I lost an additional 2 lbs. Felt great to wake up and see the difference on the scale. I felt very energized and ready to take over the world. Now lets see if I can keep up the great attitude. Lets go 4.5 lbs to meet my first goal.
