I am very hungry and cannot stop thinking about food. It's frustrating because I thought I shouldn't be hungry. On the other hand, I am not sick to my stomach nor do I have headaches. So, I'm thinking this is not supposed to be easy, and so it is not. Maybe I will remember after the diet and choose not to gain the weight back again. ugh. who knows.
