I weighed myself 3 times this morning and they were all different. So I'm going with the lowest one :-)
288.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That happens to me all time...I will weigh myself before I shower and then after, and I will have gained half a pound..I don't understand it. I always go with the lower weight as well.
