Feeling Fat, Lazy, and Hungary today. I hate this feeling. Wish I got up when I wanted to but I ended up sleeping in and I had almost a 500 cal breakfast and am still hungry. WTF

I have a 500 calorie breakfast almost every day, and am losing weight, so don't stress out! I'm of the mindset that if I'm genuinely hungry (not bored or procrastinating or whatever), then there is absolutely NO reason why I shouldn't eat. I'd eat a healthy snack because my body needed food. I find that if I refuse to eat anything because I'm afraid of going to high on my calorie balance for the day, that's when I start to feel like I'm "dieting", and that I'm depriving myself, and that's when, after a few days, I end up binging. So if you're hungry today, no big deal, eat! Tomorrow, or the next day, or the next week, your body will probably ask for less :-) Great job on your weight loss!
