Ok! Today is my first day of really taking control of the process! And Thanks to a wonderful new friend on this sight I am feeling encouraged and happy that I was lead here! I am 160 pounds and have very few clothes in my closet that fit. Just last July I was 138! I had recently lost from 155 for vacation. That is typically what I do every year...Lose at least 20 pounds for swim suit time. As soon as I get back from vacation it all comes back on plus a little more. This year will be different. It has to be!!! Things are changing in my life and I am feeling a real sense of fear. I want my 19 year marriage to make it to 20 and with the way I am feeling about myself and how he is feeling about me...I am not so sure. Wow...shareing that was scary but necessary within this process. I want to find freedom from the control this has on me...so NO HOLDING BACK...I am IN this!!!
