A crisp and sunny morning. I think I can work outside today! Slept a solid 9 hours, and I feel refreshed and ready to go. I am going to modify the Kundalini routine slightly. Instead of exercising every day before breakfast, I will take a day off once a week. No movement on the scale this morning.

Note to self: do not make so much black bean soup next time, too many carbs.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
