I am in a total funk today. I want to avoid the gym though I know I should go. It takes so much effort to earn a few little points on the WW plan.
It should motivate me to do a killer workout like stairs. I think it will help my mood today to hopefully.
Gonna stick to points today. Try to make some good veggies for dinner or have some Vietnamese Salad Rolls. Gotta take care to eat light if Ive eaten heavy during the daytime hours.
