I think I may need to change my mindset to the fact that it is okay to have a half empty plate. I used to think that if I got a smaller plate it would look fuller and I would be more satisfied. I think it just made me keep the idea that more was what I have to have. When I went to get my little plate for this egg I decided to put it on a big plate and realize less is what will make me satisfied. Less food, less calories, less fat on my body. I need reality and that is: it will look like less because it is less and I will love the affects of less if I will quit thinking more.
