I quit dieting last year shortly after I joined fat secret. Started dieting about three weeks ago, so I reset my weight to 351. So sad I gained all I lost plus more. Feel more determined to stop this over eating cycle. Already down 10 pounds in three weeks. Hopeful I will keep it up.
