Well here I am again and I am so grateful that though I am not faithful this website remains and ever present help in time of need. My husband has acute renal failure and I am a mess. We are both killing ourselves with a knife and fork. I am in the process of restocking my pantry, frig and freezer in answer to his low salt low fat and low carb diet as he is a diabetic with high blood pressure. I pray it is not to late for us. Sorry to be such a downer...I am scared.
