Went on vacation for a week and did not do fat secret....I didn't follow my diet as closely, so now I'm back and I'm going to try and record the foods I eat more closely!!

Diet Calendar Entries for 25 June 2010:
1504 kcal Fat: 59.23g | Prot: 50.06g | Carb: 205.39g.   Breakfast: black coffee, 1% great value milk, Special K blueberry cereal. Lunch: chi-chi's salsa, tostitos whole grain tortilla chips, oscar mayer, healthy life bread. Dinner: Mcdonald's chicken nugget, McDonald's chocolate chip cookie, Mcdonald's balsamic vinagrette, McDonalds side salad, McDonalds small cheeseburger. Snacks/Other: 100 calorie chocolate cakes, great value peanut butter, apple, reduced fat cheez-its. more...
