time's flying by. the challenge has been fun. best of luck to all. I believe I've every reason to 'make it' and my plan is to lose for 2 or 3 more months, maintain during the winter, then decide what my long term weight should be next year. It's tough getting all your systems working together like they should, but will happen. Breaking away from sugar, refined foods, fast foods, desserts, then exercising provides both metabolic and psychological benefits which all then contribute to getting, and keeping you, on the path to success.
