I'm up early and definitely hitting the gym! My challenge to myself is to do this at least 5 days a week. I'm following Atkins reasonable well, but need to get up and exercise.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
