I was looking forward to my bowl of baked mac and cheese for breakfast since dinner last night when that's what I fed my family. I try to keep carbs to daytime so didn't have any myself. Ate the bowl this morning. mmmmm. But how disappointing to find out that one bowl had 600calories. Guess that's my last bowl of mac n cheese for a while. :(
