___ Second split of planned exercise (PM Water Aerobics)
___ Drink 64 oz. of water today
___ Limit soda to one can and no coffee after noon
___ Spontaneous exercise at every opportunity (take stairs not elevator at work, walk to appointments and court)
___ No junk food at work from vending (had cookies :( )
