Last couple of days...not so good. I find it much easier at work than at home. My only "good choice" yesterday was to get the OJ with the McDonald's meal instead of the frappe. This a.m., however, I am sipping water and snacking on yogurt...wishing I bought the chocolate chip cookies last night. baby steps...baby steps.
