well i haven't been eating that great, but i think its ok. i am pretty sure i'm in a good groove now that i can have treats and it doesn't hurt me that much. I weighed myself today, but i won't mark it down. the scale said my weight went down which is a shock, BUT its an electronic one and the batteries are low...so i'm gonna get them changed and then weigh again. This scale also tells your fat content, hydration, muscle mass and all that...and the numbers seemed all a little 'off'...it said that at my lower weight i could still eat almost 2700 calories a day :S yah, i wish ;) so i will wait and see what the 'fresh' batteries say. it'll likely be a lot more accurate, which might stink but thats ok. i have been walking a LOT lately, so maybe my weight is down which is also totally great. of course, it won't be too long til we are buried in snow here :*( thats when i'm really gonna need to be careful, likely rely a lot more on you people here :)

You are doing great! With the extra exercise, I am sure your weight has gone down. Keep up the good work...you are almost at your goal!!

You're sooOOoo close to your goal. With the way you've been going, I bet the next time you finally do weigh in you're going to be right at that goal.
