Been almost 4 months since my injury. I can finally Leg press 470lbs and dead 275lbs not my PR but still tender in my illiac crest. So I’m taking it slow and steady, LEGDAY TOMORROW WOOOOHOOOO !
143.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
